Hello to your team. I just wanted to say thank you for my recent order. First, it worked perfectly and repaired my broken hood latch on my 1996 Ranger. New or aftermarket parts for this are not available anywhere, so it was wonderful to find your company on the web.
But the real thank you comes related to the packing and shipping of the item. This used, somewhat rusty, all steel part came packed so well I almost thought it was made of glass. I have received many new items and parts from other companies that are in a box that is way too big with one piece of packing paper to "prevent" damage. Your part came fully wrapped in brown paper and then packed with enough old cardboard that the box didn't even rattle much less have the part shifting around. The carrier would have had to drive over the box with their truck to damage the part.
I may not need many used car parts, but this attention to detail will make your company my first choice and I will recommend your company to anyone with enthusiasm.
